About Three Guys Landscaping

A Dallas landscaping crew that builds yards to last.

Our Story

Outdoor work, done right.

Three Guys Landscaping is owned and run by Jose Olachia and based at 6262 Godfrey Ave in Dallas. We build and repair the outdoor parts of your home — the lawn, beds, sprinklers, fence, stonework and drainage — for homeowners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

North Texas is tough on yards: heavy clay soil, hard rain and long, hot summers. We plan every job around that — grading so water goes where it should, building solid bases under stone, setting fence posts deep and installing irrigation that covers the whole lawn evenly.

We do landscaping, irrigation, wood fences, stonework and drainage. We speak English and Spanish, we're open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, every estimate is free, and new customers get $200 off their first job.

What We Stand For

Honesty

We look at the yard, explain what it needs and put the price in writing before any work starts.

Doing It Right

Solid bases under the stone, deep posts for the fence, proper slope for the drains. No shortcuts that show up next spring.

Respect

It's your home. We show up when we say we will, protect what's around the work, and clean up when we're done.

Community

We're based in Dallas and work in the neighborhoods around us. Good work is how we earn the next call.

Our Mission

Make fixing up your yard simple and stress-free — an honest estimate, a clear written price, and work done right the first time.

Our Promise

If something about the work isn't right, call us and we'll make it right. Good work is how we earn your next call — and your neighbors'.
